This Website is hosted by SquareSpace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Terms of Sale
We contact you to confirm we have received your order. We must receive payment for the entire price of the order including postage before your order can be accepted. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order – this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Once we have sent you an email confirmation that your goods have been dispatched then we have accepted your order and a contract exists between us.
Pricing and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Whilst we try to ensure that all information displayed on our Website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we discover that a product you have ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you of this and give you the option of purchasing an alternative product or cancelling the order. Please note prices do not include the postage and packaging, this will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods.
Products can vary slightly from their pictures, a product’s true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing.
Returns and Refunds
If you bought online or in person, you have a legal right to change your mind about the purchase and receive a refund for what you paid for it. You have 14 days to change your mind. We do not accept returns for earrings for hygiene reasons. To let us know you want to change you mind, email misha@misha-uk.com. You have to return the product at your own cost within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. You can send a product back to us, using an established delivery service. If you do this you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we won’t refund the price. For help with returns email misha@misha-uk.com.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the product back from you (excluding earrings as set out above). We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don’t charge a fee for the refund.
Faulty Products
If you think there is something wrong with your product, please email misha@misha-uk.com. We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and in our marketing literature.
