Delivery and Collection

UK Delivery

Products can be shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service or Next Day delivery. Next Day delivery is available at an additional cost but orders must be placed by midday. All orders placed on a Friday after midday will be despatched the following Monday.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a week of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at misha@misha-uk.com.

International Delivery and Customs Fees

All products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International service by default. Internationally dispatched packages, outside of the UK, may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and / or fees imposed by the destination country. There also might be customs delays. These fees can be unpredictable and the responsibility of the buyer.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at misha@misha-uk.com.

Collection in Person

All products are available for collection in person Monday to Friday from Overton, Hampshire. This option is free of charge but must be pre-arranged by emailing misha@misha-uk.com to find a suitable time.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet this policy or arrive after the 14 day period will not be refunded. We are not responsible for shipping costs.

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due. This may change during busy periods.
